We use PayPal to process both PayPal payments and Credit Card and Debit Card payments. This ultra-secure all-in-one solution allows us to accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro/Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We also accept e-check payment but be sure that, you will not receive any download links until full payment is received.

How much time do I have to download my paid products?

As soon as the product is paid you have 72 hours to download it. Download Links are limited to three clicks before they expire. IP Addresses are tracked for security purposes.

How do I Download my products?

After you have paid for your Products, an e-mail containing Download links will be sent to your e-mail address. If you have any trouble with your download purchase, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

I can't download the files, what happened?

Download might not happen due to the following reasons: – you have not completed your payment – the download link was expired as 72 hours passed after your purchase. The period can be extended if you contact our support team – we recommend you to use download manager in order to avoid time outs due to slow connection as well as large product files

My download period has expired. How can I get access to my files again?

Please send an email to [email protected] describing your problem and including your order number. We will then re-enable your download.

Which file formats will I receive?

All of our sample libraries are supplied as industry standard 24bit wavs. Please read the product’s description and feature information for details.

Does Freaky Loops offer a refund policy?

Freaky Loops does not offer a return or refund policy on any of it’ s downloadable products. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded.
Refunds are only available in exceptional scenarios such as your Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud).

What Information Do You Collect? What Happens To My Personal Data?

This is a highly secured website and all financial data used for purchasing is only received by payment channels like PayPal or payment schemes like Visa and are not delivered back to us. In addition, we do not store any personal information unless you provide to us voluntarily to be used for future orders or subscriptions. The personal data provided will not be used other than the stated purpose. We guarantee personal information confidentiality and no further use or disclosure to third parties
